How do I create an account?

Download from the App Store, open the app, and sign up with your phone number. You'll receive a verification code via text message to get started.

How do I join my building's community?

During setup, search for your property or enter your address. Once verified, you'll be connected to your building's community with access to chats, events, and neighbors.

How do introductions work?

automatically matches you with neighbors in your building. You'll receive an introduction notification, and both residents can start chatting right away.

How do I create or join events?

Go to the Events tab to browse upcoming events in your community. Tap the + button to create your own event — invite neighbors, pick a place, and set the details.

How do I report an issue or inappropriate content?

Long-press on any message in chat to report it. For other issues, use the in-app feedback form or email us at [email protected].

How do I delete my account?

Go to your Profile, tap Settings, and select "Delete Account." Your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How do I add apartment search to my website?

Two lines of HTML — a <div data-sort-embed data-key="…"> and a script tag. The widget loads the live community list, sizes itself to your page, and sends every inquiry straight to that property's leasing team. Full snippet on the embed documentation page, after a quick sign-in.

Can I put it in a mobile app?

Yes. The widget is a web page, so any native WebView can host it — no SDK to add and nothing to re-ship when listings change. The documentation has working code for React Native, Flutter, iOS and Android, including how to handle someone tapping through to a full listing (a WebView won't follow that link on its own).

Where do I get an embed key, and is it secret?

Sign in with your work email — we send a code, there's no password — and your key, plus every snippet with the key already filled in, is on your dashboard alongside a live count of the leads it has produced. The key is safe to publish: it ships inside your own HTML, it identifies your organization so we can credit your leads, and it grants access to nothing.

What does it cost?

Nothing. There's no API key to buy, no account fee, and no charge per lead. Inquiries go directly to the property's leasing team rather than through us.

The widget shows a blank box on my site

Almost always one of two things. Your site must be served over HTTPS — browsers block a secure frame inside an insecure page. And if your site sets a Content Security Policy, it needs frame-src https://convivialconcierge.com and script-src https://convivialconcierge.com. If it's neither, email [email protected] with the page URL.
